Ingredients

  • Boneless, skinless chicken tenders
  • 1/2 to 3/4 cup red wine *
  • 3 tbsp. diced dried onions, to taste
  • Basil, to taste
  • Ginger to taste
  • Curry powder to taste
  • 1 apple, sliced
  • Course ground garlic with parsley

Method

  • Marinate chicken in wine and onions for about 1 hour.
  • Pre-heat oven to 350F.
  • Pour chicken and marinade into a baking dish.
  • Sprinkle basil, ginger, curry powder, garlic and parsley over chicken.
  • Turn the chicken over to make sure the herbs are in the marinade.
  • Place the sliced apple atop the chicken cover with foil and cook for 30 to 45 minutes.
