Ingredients
- Boneless, skinless chicken tenders
- 1/2 to 3/4 cup red wine *
- 3 tbsp. diced dried onions, to taste
- Basil, to taste
- Ginger to taste
- Curry powder to taste
- 1 apple, sliced
- Course ground garlic with parsley
Method
- Marinate chicken in wine and onions for about 1 hour.
- Pre-heat oven to 350F.
- Pour chicken and marinade into a baking dish.
- Sprinkle basil, ginger, curry powder, garlic and parsley over chicken.
- Turn the chicken over to make sure the herbs are in the marinade.
- Place the sliced apple atop the chicken cover with foil and cook for 30 to 45 minutes.
