Ingredients
- 1 1/2 c. sugar
- 1 Tbsp. cornstarch
- 1/4 tsp. cloves
- 1/4 tsp. cinnamon
- 1/4 tsp. nutmeg
- 4 eggs
- 1 c. sour cream
- 1 c. raisins
Method
- Mix 1 cup of sugar (reserve 1/2 cup for meringue) with cornstarch and spices.
- Beat one egg and three egg yolks.
- Add eggs to sour cream.
- Mix with sugar mixture.
- Mix together and add raisins.
- Cook in double boiler until thick, stirring constantly. Pour into baked 9-inch crust.
