Ingredients
- 2 Tbsp. cornstarch
- 3/4 c. sugar
- 1/4 tsp. salt
- 1 tsp. nutmeg
- 2 egg yolks
- 1 c. sour cream
- 1 c. raisins
- 1/2 tsp. lemon juice
- 1/2 c. nuts, chopped
- 1 baked pie shell
- meringue
Method
- Mix cornstarch, sugar, salt and nutmeg; add egg yolks.
- Mix. Add sour cream, raisins, lemon juice and nuts.
- Cook until thick. Pour into baked pie shell.
- Spread meringue on top and brown.
