Ingredients
- 4 pieces chicken breast
- 1 can cream of chicken soup
- 1 (8 oz.) container sour cream
- 1 stack round buttery crackers
- 1 stick melted butter
Method
- Place chicken in saucepan.
- Add water to cover; cook gently until tender, 40 to 50 minutes.
- Cool.
- Cut into bite-size pieces. Place in buttered baking dish.
- Mix soup and sour cream; pour over chicken.
- Crush crackers and mix with melted butter. Sprinkle over casserole.
- Bake at 350° for 30 minutes.
- Yields 4 to 6 servings.
