Ingredients
- 3 c. shredded cheese
- 8 to 10 potatoes
- 16 oz. sour cream
- 1 small onion, grated
- salt and pepper to taste
Method
- Cook potatoes and mash. Add sour cream, onion, 2 cups of cheese, salt and pepper. Mix well. Pour in greased casserole dish; put remaining cheese on top. Bake at 350° for 20 to 25 minutes.
