Ingredients

  • 1 lb. ground beef
  • 1 green pepper, chopped
  • 1 pt. tomatoes
  • 1 can water
  • 2 to 3 bouillon cubes
  • salt and pepper
  • 1 large onion, chopped
  • 1 can tomato sauce
  • 1 can beans (red, kidney, etc.)
  • 1 can green chilies, chopped
  • dash of Worcestershire sauce
  • chili powder and cumin

Method

  • Brown ground beef and cook with onion and pepper until vegetables look clear.
  • Combine with rest of ingredients in large pan or crock-pot.
  • Simmer for at least 4 hours.
  • Season to taste.
