- 2 lb. ground beef
- 1 can cream of mushroom soup
- 1 c. bread crumbs
- 1 tsp. mustard
- 1 Tbsp. minced onion
- 1 egg, beaten
- 1/4 c. water
- 1/2 c. catsup
- 1 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
- 1/2 tsp. salt
Method
- In a bowl, mix together all ingredients.
- Pat into a loaf pan. Bake in a preheated 350° oven until done.
