Ingredients
- 2 c. elbow macaroni
- 2 c. milk
- 2 1/2 c. cheese (sharp), shredded
- 2 Tbsp. butter
- 2 Tbsp. flour
- 1/4 tsp. dry mustard
- paprika (as desired)
Method
- Cook macaroni as directed.
- Cook flour, butter and milk (do not boil).
- Add cheese and melt.
- Remove from heat.
- Sprinkle dry mustard and mix.
