Ingredients
- 1 can (10.75 Oz. Can) Cream Of Mushroom Soup
- 1 can (10.75 Oz. Can) Cream Of Chicken Soup
- 1 can Milk (use Soup Can To Measure)
- 1 cup Rice, Uncooked
- 1 whole Frying Chicken, Cut Up (or You Can Just Use Your Favorite Chicken Pieces)
- Salt and Pepper
- 1 package (1 Oz. Packet) Onion Soup Mix
Method
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
- Butter a 9 x 13 inch baking dish.
- Combine soups, milk, and rice in the dish.
- Place chicken pieces on top.
- Season chicken pieces with salt and pepper.
- Sprinkle with the onion soup mix.
- Cover tightly with aluminum foil.
- Bake at 350 degrees for 1 1/2 hours.
