Ingredients
- 2 lb. hash browns
- 8 oz. sour cream
- 1 can mushroom soup
- 1 can potato soup
- 1 c. peas
- 4 oz. can sliced mushrooms
Method
- Combine all of the preceding ingredients in a 9 x 13-inch pan. Bake at 325° for 1 1/2 hours.
