Ingredients

  • 1 1/2 lbs ground beef or meatloaf mix
  • 1 egg
  • 1 cup bread crumbs
  • 1 can Vegetarian Vegetable soup
  • Barbeque sauce for topping (optional)

Method

  • Mix meat, egg, bread crumbs, and soup well. Add more bread crumbs if needed, or if feels too stickey. (Or for a low carb option, use parmasean cheese instead of bread crumbs.)
  • Put into baking dish and bake at 350 for about 20-45 minutes, or until cooked through and sauce has cooked on top.
