Ingredients
- 1 1/2 c. sugar
- 1 1/2 c. brown sugar
- 3/4 c. cocoa
- 1/4 c. flour
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- 14 1/2 oz. evaporated milk (3 small cans)
- 1 c. water
- 2 Tbsp. butter or margarine
Method
- Mix all ingredients well. Cook on medium heat, stirring constantly, until it boils.
- Cook 5 minutes, stirring constantly. Pour into jars and let cool with lids off.
- Then refrigerate. Makes 5 1/2 small jars.
- Makes great gifts.
