- baked corn bread, cooled
- 1 can pinto beans (soup beans)
- 1 1/2 c. chopped tomatoes
- 1 lb. bacon, fried and crumbled
- 1 c. chopped green pepper
- 1 bunch green onions, chopped
- 1/2 c. pickle juice
- 1 1/2 c. mayonnaise
- 1 1/2 c. grated Cheddar cheese
Method
- In a large pan, crumble corn bread and top with beans, then tomatoes, peppers, onions and bacon.
- Set aside.
