Ingredients
- 2 slice of bread
- 1 turkey steak/butterflied breast
- 1 enough thinly sliced cheese to cover one slice of bread. I use a mature cheddar.
- 1 egg
- 1 salt and pepper to taste
- 1/4 tsp garlic powder
Method
- Season your turkey with salt pepper and garlic powder.
- Pop into a non stick frying pan and cook through.
- Transfer to a plate and crack your egg into the pan.
- Begin toasting your bread, and cook the egg to your liking.
- When the ingredients are all cooked, butter your toast if you wish.
- Add cheese, top with turkey, then the egg, and the last slice of toast.
- Serve and enjoy!
