Ingredients

  • 2 slice of bread
  • 1 turkey steak/butterflied breast
  • 1 enough thinly sliced cheese to cover one slice of bread. I use a mature cheddar.
  • 1 egg
  • 1 salt and pepper to taste
  • 1/4 tsp garlic powder

Method

  • Season your turkey with salt pepper and garlic powder.
  • Pop into a non stick frying pan and cook through.
  • Transfer to a plate and crack your egg into the pan.
  • Begin toasting your bread, and cook the egg to your liking.
  • When the ingredients are all cooked, butter your toast if you wish.
  • Add cheese, top with turkey, then the egg, and the last slice of toast.
  • Serve and enjoy!
