Ingredients
- 6 frozen boneless skinless chicken breast halves
- 2 (10 3/4 ounce) cans cream of chicken soup
- 1 (4 ounce) can sliced mushrooms or 1/2 cup sliced fresh mushrooms
- 3/4 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon pepper
- rice
Method
- Place frozen chicken in slow cooker.
- Mix together soup, mushrooms, salt and pepper.
- Pour over chicken.
- Cover.
- Cook on Low 10-12 hours.
- Serve over cooked rice.
