Ingredients

  • 2 bananas, mashed
  • 3 cups flour
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1 teaspoon baking soda
  • 1 teaspoon coffee liqueur
  • 2 teaspoons water
  • 1 cup chocolate chips
  • 1 12 cups peanut butter
  • 1 cup brown sugar
  • 1 cup sugar
  • 14 cup soymilk
  • 12 cup vegan margarine

Method

  • Mix flour, sugar, brown sugar, peanut butter, salt, margarine, baking soda, coffee liquor, water and bananas until somewhere between wet and dry.
  • Add soy milk and stir until a cookie dough-like texture is reached.
  • Add chocolate chips and stir.
  • Form 1 inch balls of dough and place about 2 inches apart on a cookie sheet.
  • (6 per cookie sheet).
  • Score them with a fork.
  • Bake on 350 for 8-12 minutes.
