Ingredients
- 1/2 c. flour
- 1/2 stick softened butter
- powdered sugar
- 1 Tbsp. sugar
- 1/2 tsp. vanilla
Method
- Put softened butter into a bowl.
- Add sugar and vanilla. Blend well with a spoon until creamy.
- Pour flour into butter mixture and blend.
- Pinch off dough and roll with hands into 1-inch snowballs.
- Place on baking sheet.
- Bake in 300° oven for about 40 minutes or until brown.
- While snowballs are still warm, roll in powdered sugar.
- Makes 15 snowballs.
