Ingredients
- 1/2 c. sweet butter
- 2 1/2 c. confectioners sugar
- 1/2 c. cocoa
- 1 1/2 tsp. vanilla
- 1/4 c. heavy cream
Method
- Cream the butter in a large bowl.
- Combine confectioners sugar and cocoa; add alternately with vanilla and heavy cream to butter. Blend well.
- Chill until firm.
- Shape into 1-inch balls.
- Roll in additional confectioners sugar, cocoa or toasted chopped nuts of your choice.
- Makes about 3 dozen candies.
