Ingredients
- 1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
- 2 c. whole milk
- 1 pkg. jello lemon
- 1 instant pudding
- 18-inch graham cracker crust
Method
- Stir cream cheese until soft, blend in 1/2 cup milk.
- Add remaining milk and pudding mix.
- Beat until well mixed, about 1 minute.
- Pour at once into crust.
- Sprinkle with graham cracker crumbs.
- Chill.
