Ingredients
- 2-4 Tbsp. butter or margarine
- 5 large potatoes, peeled and cut in 1/8 inch slices
- 1 small onion, chopped
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 1 (8 oz.) can Italian tomato sauce
- 1 pkg. (3 1/2 oz.) pepperoni
- 2 c. mozzarella cheese
Method
- In a large non stick skillet, melt butter.
- Cook potatoes and onion on low heat until tender (about 20 minutes).
- Salt and pepper to taste.
- When potatoes are done, top with tomato sauce, pepperoni and cheese.
- Cover and cook on low heat until heated through and cheese is melted.
