Ingredients
- 1/3 c. margarine
- 2/3 c. sifted powdered sugar
- 2 sq. (2 oz.) semi-sweet chocolate, melted and cooled
- 1 tsp. vanilla
- 1 1/4 c. all-purpose flour
- 2 Tbsp. milk
- 24 milk chocolate Kisses
Method
- Beat margarine with electric mixer on medium for about 30 seconds or until softened.
- Gradually beat in powdered sugar, melted chocolate and vanilla.
- Beat and stir in flour and milk. Shape a well-rounded teaspoon of dough around each Kiss.
- Place cookies pointed side up onto greased cookie sheets.
- Bake at 350° for 10 to 12 minutes or until bottoms are lightly browned.
- Remove cookies and cool on wire racks.
- Frost peaks of cookies with fluffy frosting.
