Ingredients
- 1 pkg. boneless chicken breast
- 1 to 2 beaten egg(s)
- 1 can cream of chicken soup or celery soup
- plain flour
- water
Method
- Season chicken breast with salt and pepper to taste.
- Dip in beaten egg and roll in flour.
- Fry in skillet until brown on each side.
- Drain off grease and add soup diluted with water to make gravy.
- Cover and simmer until tender, approximately 20 to 30 minutes.
