Ingredients

  • 1 1/2 lbs. hamburger
  • 1/4 c. minced onion
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon garlic salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon pepper
  • 1/2 c. cooked rice
  • 1 egg, beaten
  • 3/4 c. smoked barbecue sauce
  • 1/2 c. water

Method

  • Mix the first 7 ingredients together.
  • Use 1 Tbsp.
  • of meat mix and shape into a ball.
  • Place on plate in circle.
  • Cover with wax paper (you may not be able to cook all of them the first time).
  • Microwave at high for 6-8 min, turning meatballs after 3 min.
  • In bowl, combine barbecue sauce and water.
  • Add in meatballs to sauce.
  • Cover.
  • Microwave at high for 8-10 min, stirring gently after 4 min.
