Ingredients

  • 1 13 cups rolled oats
  • 14 cup dried cranberries, finely chopped
  • 14 cup dried apricot, finely chopped
  • 1 cup unsweetened apple juice
  • 1 cup light vanilla yogurt
  • 120 g frozen blueberries, thawed
  • 1 apple, unpeeled and finely chopped
  • 2 tablespoons sliced almonds, toasted

Method

  • Combine oats, cranberries, apricots, and juice in a medium glass bowl.
  • Cover with plastic food wrap; chill for 6 hours or overnight to soften.
  • Stir in yogurt and blueberries, divide among serving bowls; top with apple and almonds, then serve at once.
