Ingredients
- 1 13 cups rolled oats
- 14 cup dried cranberries, finely chopped
- 14 cup dried apricot, finely chopped
- 1 cup unsweetened apple juice
- 1 cup light vanilla yogurt
- 120 g frozen blueberries, thawed
- 1 apple, unpeeled and finely chopped
- 2 tablespoons sliced almonds, toasted
Method
- Combine oats, cranberries, apricots, and juice in a medium glass bowl.
- Cover with plastic food wrap; chill for 6 hours or overnight to soften.
- Stir in yogurt and blueberries, divide among serving bowls; top with apple and almonds, then serve at once.
