Ingredients
- 2 cups tightly packed baby spinach leaves
- 1 tsp. water
- 2 whole wheat baguette slices (3/4 inch thick), toasted
- 2 Tbsp. Philadelphia Herb & Garlic Light Cream Cheese Product
- 2 smoked salmon slices (40 g)
- 2 eggs, poached
Method
- Cook spinach in water in large skillet on medium-high heat 1 to 2 min.
- or just until wilted; drain.
- Spread toast slices with cream cheese product; top with spinach, salmon and eggs.
