Ingredients

  • 2 -3 sweet potatoes, peeled and sliced 1/4 inch thick
  • 1 large smoked ham steak, cut into serving slices
  • 3 seedless oranges, peeled and sliced
  • 3 tablespoons orange juice concentrate
  • 3 tablespoons honey
  • 1/3 cup brown sugar
  • 2 tablespoons cornstarch

Method

  • Place sweet potatoes in crock pot. Arrange ham and orange slices on top.
  • Combine remaining ingredients; stir until consistency of a thin paste.
  • Lightly spread over ham and oranges.
  • Cook on low for 7-10 hours.
