Ingredients

  • 1 hen or 2 fryers, cooked
  • 1 stick oleo
  • 1 c. green bell pepper
  • 1 c. celery
  • 1 c. green onion
  • 1 pod garlic, chopped
  • 2 small pkg. spaghetti
  • 2 cans cream of mushroom soup
  • 1 jar pimentos
  • 1 c. cheese

Method

  • Cook the hen or fryers.
  • Remove meat from bones.
  • Melt oleo. Add green pepper, celery, green onion and garlic.
  • Cook spaghetti in 7 cups of broth until tender.
  • Add chicken, vegetable mixture, soup and pimentos.
  • Put in casserole dish.
  • Top with grated cheese. Heat until cheese melts.
