Ingredients
- 1 lb lean ground beef
- 1 onion, chopped
- 12 cup ketchup
- 2 tablespoons chili sauce
- 1 teaspoon mustard (Dijon)
- 1 teaspoon cider vinegar
- 1 teaspoon sugar
- 4 hamburger buns
Method
- Brown meat and onions over med-high heat.
- Pour off fat.
- Add everything else (except for the hamburger buns) and mix.
- Reduce heat and simmer for 30 minutes, uncovered.
- Serve over hamburger buns.
