Ingredients
- 1 cup Uncooked Rice (I Use White, But Brown Is Fine.)
- 8 strips Bacon
- 1 can Tomato Sauce, 15 Oz
- 1- 1/2 cup Shredded Cheddar Cheese
Method
- Boil the rice in water until it reaches the desired consistency.
- In the meantime, fry eight strips of bacon (dont forget to cut them in half, just like Ree!
- ).
- When the rice is done cooking, drain and set aside.
- When the bacon is crisp, pour half of the grease out (yes, you can pour it all out, but the finished product wont taste half as good!).
- Add the tomato sauce and cheese to the bacon, let the cheese melt.
- When the cheese has melted, add in the rice, stir.
