Ingredients

  • 1 cup Uncooked Rice (I Use White, But Brown Is Fine.)
  • 8 strips Bacon
  • 1 can Tomato Sauce, 15 Oz
  • 1- 1/2 cup Shredded Cheddar Cheese

Method

  • Boil the rice in water until it reaches the desired consistency.
  • In the meantime, fry eight strips of bacon (dont forget to cut them in half, just like Ree!
  • ).
  • When the rice is done cooking, drain and set aside.
  • When the bacon is crisp, pour half of the grease out (yes, you can pour it all out, but the finished product wont taste half as good!).
  • Add the tomato sauce and cheese to the bacon, let the cheese melt.
  • When the cheese has melted, add in the rice, stir.
