Ingredients

  • 2 pounds Ground Sirloin
  • 1/2 cups Diced Carrot
  • 1/2 cups Diced Sweet Red Pepper
  • 1/2 cups Diced Sweet Yellow Pepper
  • 1 stalk Celery
  • 1 cup Chopped Onion
  • 1 teaspoon Lawry's Seasoning Salt
  • 1 jar (13.5 Oz. Size) Organicville Original BBQ Sauce
  • 4 whole Udi Gluten-Free Hamburger Buns

Method

  • In large skillet, place ground sirloin, carrot, pepper, and celery; brown meat.
  • Drain fat, add in onion, Lawrys, and BBQ sauce.
  • Turn heat to low and simmer for 10 minutes.
  • Put on buns and enjoy.
