Ingredients
- 1 lb. ground beef
- 2 c. grated carrots
- 1 Tbsp. vinegar
- 1 Tbsp. sugar
- 1 can tomato soup
- 1 tsp. chili powder
- 1 tsp. salt
- 1/4 c. catsup
Method
- Fry ground beef and grated carrots in as little fat as possible, then add remaining ingredients and simmer about 30 minutes.
