Ingredients
- 2 c. cooked cubed ham
- 2 c. cooked rice
- 1/2 c. grated American cheese
- 1/2 c. evaporated milk
- 1 can cream of asparagus soup
- 2 to 4 Tbsp. finely chopped onion
- 3/4 c. crushed corn flakes or bread crumbs
- 3 Tbsp. butter or margarine, melted
Method
- Combine in 1 1/2-quart or 9 x 13-inch casserole dish, except corn flakes.
- Mix corn flakes with butter and sprinkle on top of casserole.
- Bake, uncovered, for 25 minutes at 350°.
- Serves 8.
