Ingredients
- 5 lb. hamburger
- 1 (40 oz.) bottle catsup
- 1 bottle chili sauce
- 1 bag green peppers (frozen), cut up
- 1 bag onions (frozen), cut up
- salt and pepper to taste
Method
- Brown beef; drain.
- Add salt and pepper; mix in remaining ingredients.
- Simmer in a large Dutch oven, 1 1/2 to 2 hours. Stir frequently.
- The longer it cooks, the better it tastes.
