Ingredients

  • 6 oz Tomato Paste
  • 4 oz 4-8 ounces chicken stock
  • 2 tbsp Brown Sugar
  • 2 tbsp Cider Vinegar
  • 1 medium Onion, small dice
  • 2 clove Garlic, pressed
  • 2 tbsp Chili powder
  • 1 tsp Cayenne pepper
  • 2 tbsp Vegetable oil
  • 1 lb Ground beef, 80/20 browned and drained

Method

  • Sweat onion and garlic in oil in heavy bottomed pot.
  • Add chili and cayenne powder and mix well.
  • Add tomato paste and enough chix stock to loosen tomato paste without making it watery.
  • (4-6 oz.)
  • Once your consistency is reached add salt, pepper, vinegar, and brown sugar mix well until combined and thick.
  • Add browned beef and heat through and serve on buns.
