Ingredients
- 4 medium potatoes
- 1 tsp. salt
- 3 Tbsp. melted butter
- 3 Tbsp. chopped chives or mixed herbs
- 4 Tbsp. grated Cheddar cheese
- 2 Tbsp. Parmesan cheese
Method
- Clean and peel potatoes.
- Slice potatoes into thin slices, but not all the way through.
- Put potatoes in a baking dish.
- Sprinkle with salt and drizzle with butter.
- Then sprinkle with chives. Bake at 425° for about 50 minutes.
- Remove from oven and sprinkle with cheeses.
- Bake 10 to 15 minutes longer, until lightly browned, cheeses are melted and potatoes are soft inside.
