Ingredients

  • 4 lb Chuck roast
  • 1 1 oz envelope ranch dressing mix
  • 1 1 1/4 ounce envelope au jus mix
  • 1 cup Butter
  • 4 each Pepperoncini peppers
  • 1 dash Pepper

Method

  • Spray your slow cooker with non stick cooking spray
  • Rub your roast with the black pepper
  • Cut your butter in half and place on each side of the roast (for the sake of the picture I left it on top then stuck it down each side)
  • Dump on your ranch dressing mix
  • Followed by the au jus mix
  • Place the 4 peppers down each side of the roast
  • Clean your potatoes quarter them and place them all around the roast
  • Cover that baby up and cook on low for 8 hours
  • After the time remove it should shred up chunk up
  • Plate it along with the potatoes and enjoy :)
