Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup butter, softened
  • 1 cup sugar
  • 2 eggs, lightly beaten
  • 1 egg white, lightly beaten
  • 3/4 tsp vanilla
  • 1/2 cup light sour cream
  • 1/2 cup vanilla yogurt
  • 2 cup flour
  • 1 tsp baking powder
  • 1 tsp baking soda
  • 1/4 tsp salt
  • 2 1/2 cup blueberries
  • 1/3 cup butter, softened
  • 1/2 cup flour
  • 1/3 cup brown sugar

Method

  • Preheat oven to 350 and spray 9 x 13" pan with cooking spray.
  • Cream 1/2 cup butter and 1 cup sugar.
  • Add eggs, one at a time, and beat until well mixed.
  • Add yogurt, sour cream, and vanilla.
  • In small bowl, mix 2 cups flour, baking powder, baking soda, and salt.
  • Slowly add to butter mixture, mixing until just combined.
  • Fold in blueberries and spread batter in pan.
  • For topping, beat 1/3 cup buter and brown sugar together.
  • Add flour.
  • Sprinkle mixture over batter.
  • Bake 35-40 minutes, or until toothpick inserted near center comes out clean.
