- 1/2 cup butter, softened
- 1 cup sugar
- 2 eggs, lightly beaten
- 1 egg white, lightly beaten
- 3/4 tsp vanilla
- 1/2 cup light sour cream
- 1/2 cup vanilla yogurt
- 2 cup flour
- 1 tsp baking powder
- 1 tsp baking soda
- 1/4 tsp salt
- 2 1/2 cup blueberries
- 1/3 cup butter, softened
- 1/2 cup flour
- 1/3 cup brown sugar
Method
- Preheat oven to 350 and spray 9 x 13" pan with cooking spray.
- Cream 1/2 cup butter and 1 cup sugar.
- Add eggs, one at a time, and beat until well mixed.
- Add yogurt, sour cream, and vanilla.
- In small bowl, mix 2 cups flour, baking powder, baking soda, and salt.
- Slowly add to butter mixture, mixing until just combined.
- Fold in blueberries and spread batter in pan.
- For topping, beat 1/3 cup buter and brown sugar together.
- Add flour.
- Sprinkle mixture over batter.
- Bake 35-40 minutes, or until toothpick inserted near center comes out clean.
