Ingredients
- 1-1/2 cup Coffee, Partially Frozen
- 1/2 cups Non-fat Milk
- 1/2 teaspoons Nutmeg
- 1/2 teaspoons Cinnamon (plus More For Garnish)
- 1/4 teaspoons Ginger, Ground
- 1/4 teaspoons Vanilla Extract
- 1 teaspoon Molasses
- 1/2 teaspoons Stevia Or Sugar (to Taste)
- 1/8 teaspoons Xanthan Gum (optional)
- 2 Tablespoons Whipped Cream, Fat Free
Method
- In a blender add all ingredients, except for whipped cream. Mix until smooth.
- Pour into a cup and top with whipped cream and a sprinkle of cinnamon.
