Ingredients
- 2 c. white sugar
- 3 Tbsp. butter
- 1 c. evaporated milk
- 1 c. miniature marshmallows
- 1 (12 oz.) jar chunky peanut butter
- 1 tsp. vanilla
Method
- Combine sugar, butter and evaporated milk in a large electric skillet.
- Set control to 280°.
- Bring to a boil and boil 5 minutes, stirring constantly.
- At the end of 5 minutes, turn off switch and add marshmallows and peanut butter, then vanilla and stir until well blended.
- Beat well and pour into pan greased with butter.
- Set aside to cool.
- Cut in 1-inch pieces.
- Makes approximately 1 1/2 pounds.
