Ingredients
- 3/4 lb. ground beef
- 1 medium onion, chopped
- 1 tsp. salt
- 1 1/4 c. water
- 1 (16 oz.) can tomatoes
- 1/2 pkg. medium noodles (4 oz.)
- 1 3/4 c. mixed frozen vegetables
- 1/4 c. shredded Cheddar cheese
Method
- Cook beef and onion in large skillet until lightly browned. Add salt, water and tomatoes; cover and simmer 10 minutes.
- Mix in noodles and vegetables.
- Bring to a boil; reduce heat.
- Cover and simmer 25 minutes, stirring often.
- Sprinkle with cheese.
