Ingredients
- 3 jars marinated artichoke hearts, drained
- 1 c. Parmesan cheese, grated
- 3/4 c. mayonnaise
- 1 (4 oz.) can diced green chilies, drained
- 1 c. (4 oz.) Swiss cheese, shredded
- 3 green onions, sliced
- 1 pickled jalapeno pepper, seeded and chopped
Method
- Place all in food processor and chop, scraping sides of bowl at least twice.
- When well mixed and chopped, pour in 2-quart casserole (Pyrex) and bake for 15 to 20 minutes.
- Serve with Wheat Thins or Fritos.
- Serves 20.
