Ingredients
- 5 medium carrots, sliced
- 1/4 c. orange juice
- 1 Tbsp. sugar
- 1 tsp. cornstarch
- 1/4 tsp. salt
- 1/4 tsp. ground ginger
- 2 Tbsp. butter or margarine
Method
- Cook carrots and drain.
- Cook rest of ingredients together until thickened.
- Pour over carrots.
- Stir and serve.
