Ingredients

  • 2 Tablespoons of peanut butter
  • 1/4 cup of unsweetened cocoa powder
  • 1/2 cup butter
  • 1 cup canned/evaporated milk
  • 1 1/2 - 2 cups of sugar
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 6 cups quick-cooking oats

Method

  • Mix cocoa powder, butter, milk and sugar in a medium sauce pan. Bring to a FULL BOIL for 1 1/2-2 minutes. Remove from heat, add peanut butter, vanilla and quick cooking oats. Immediately drop by spoonfuls on wax paper or buttered tin foil. Cookies are ready once cooled.
