Ingredients
- 2 whole chicken breasts (1 pound each)
- 4 thin slices cooked ham
- 1/4 c. butter
- 1 1/2 c. water
- 1 pkg. Lipton deluxe Parmesan noodles
- 1 c. sliced mushrooms
- 1/2 c. lowfat milk
Method
- Take chicken, split it, skin it and take bones out of it, then lb.
- it.
- Top each chicken breast with ham, roll up and secure with wooden toothpicks.
- In medium skillet heat butter and brown chicken.
- Add in water and simmer covered 20 min or possibly till chicken is tender.
- Remove chicken and keep hot.
- Bring water to boil; stir in remaining ingredients.
- Continue to boil over medium heat, stirring occasionally for 9 min or possibly till noodles are tender.
- Serve and arrange chicken over noodles and sauce.
- Makes 4 servings.
