Ingredients
- 1 (10 oz.) pkg. Italian style vegetables
- 3/4 lb. ground beef
- 1 (8 oz.) can spaghetti sauce
- 1/2 c. water
- 1/8 tsp. oregano
Method
- Brown beef in skillet, leaving meat in large chunks.
- Add spaghetti sauce, water, oregano and vegetables.
- Bring to a full boil. Separate vegetables and stir.
- Reduce heat.
- Cover and simmer 3 minutes.
- Makes 3 to 4 servings.
