Ingredients
- 5 medium potatoes (unpeeled)
- 1 c. flour
- 1 tsp. salt
- 1/4 lb. butter or margarine
- 1/2 pt. sweet cream
- 1 Tbsp. onion, chopped
Method
- Boil unpeeled potatoes until done.
- Cool, peel and mash.
- Add flour and salt.
- Roll out on floured board about 1-inch high.
- Cut into 1-inch wide strips.
- Cut each strip into 2-inch pieces.
- Place in greased pan and bake at 400° for 30 minutes.
