- 16 ounces, weight Frozen Hashbrown Potatoes
- 3 Tablespoons All-purpose Flour
- 2 whole Egg Yolks
- 1/2 teaspoons Sea Salt
- 1 teaspoon Black Pepper
- 1/2 cups Sharp Cheddar Cheese, Shredded
- 1/2 cups Mozzarella Cheese, Shredded
- 1 cup Marinara Sauce, Warmed
- Fresh Chopped Basil Or Parsley, For Garnish
Method
- Preheat oven to 400 degrees F. Liberally grease a 12-inch cast iron skillet with oil or cooking spray.
- In a large mixing bowl, add hash brown potatoes, flour, egg yolks, salt and black pepper; stir well.
- Transfer to prepared skillet and use a spatula to pat the mixture down.
- Place in the oven and bake 20 minutes.
- Remove from oven, sprinkle with cheeses, and return to oven.
- Bake 810 minutes more.
- Warm marinara sauce in microwave for 12 minutes.
- Using two spatulas, loosen hash brown pizza from skillet and slide onto a cutting board.
- Garnish with fresh chopped basil or parsley.
- Cut into wedges, plate, and serve.
