Ingredients

  • 1 lb cheddar cheese
  • 1/2 lb mozzarella cheese
  • 1/2 lb monterey jack cheese
  • 1 cup parmesan cheese
  • 16 ounces cottage cheese
  • 8 ounces cream cheese
  • 16 ounces sour cream
  • 10 ounces canned milk
  • 1/2 cup butter
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 1/2 lbs large elbow macaroni noodles
  • 1 cup mixed cheese, for top

Method

  • Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Cook noodles according to directions until al dente. Mix cheeses, sour cream and butter into noodles. After cheeses are mixed in completely, add canned milk and the 2 eggs. Mix again. Pour into a baking dish and top with remaining cup of cheese, cover with foil and bake 35 minutes. Uncover and bake another 10 minutes.
