- 2 tbsp butter or oil
- 1 tsp minced garlic
- 1 clove onion, chopped
- 1/2 grams shrimp
- 1/2 cup carrot
- 1 cup bean sprout
- 1 bunch broccoli
- 1/4 kg chinese pechay
- dash ground black pepper
- pinch salt
- 2 tsp oyster sauce
- 1 tsp liquid seasoning(optional)
- 1 packages tofu (deep fried) (optional)
- 1 tsp sesame oil
Method
- Saute' garlic , onion, shrimp.
- Sprinkle with salt and pepper.
- Add carrot, bean sprout and broccoli.
- Add oyster sauce then stir a bit.
- Add the chinese pechay.
- Add a teaspoon of sesame oil for the aroma and to look the veggies more greeny and fresh.
- Garnish with fried tofu.
- Serve with rice.
