Ingredients
- 2 cups spinach leaves
- 1/2 red bell pepper, seeded and diced
- 1/2 tablespoon crumbled feta cheese
- cracked black pepper to taste
Method
- Place the spinach on a plate or in a bowl. Sprinkle the red pepper and feta cheese over it. Season with cracked black pepper, and enjoy this healthy meal!
